Contest begins June 21, 2011, 12:01 a.m. CST, and ends July 22, 2011, 11:59 p.m. CST.
Open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who are at least 13 years old by June 21, 2011.

Only one entry per person is permitted per day during the Contest Entry Period.
One Grand Prize Winner will receive an iPod nano (approximate retail value: $150.00), a Blindside t-shirt (approximate retail value: $15.00), and an autographed Blindside "When Shivering Hearts We Wait" CD (approximate retail value: $13.00). Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $178.00.
Four Runner Up Winners will each receive an autographed Blindside CD (approximate retail value: $13.00) and a Blindside t-shirt (approximate retail value: $13.00).
