Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 4, 2011.
Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry

Text Message Entry Method: Send a text message with either of the words "FIREWORKS", "MACYSFW", or "KITCHENAIDFW" from your wireless phone to the short code 62297.
Regardless of entry method you may enter only once.
Prize: Winner will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to New York City to view the 2012 Macy's 4th of July Fireworks® Spectacular. Prize package includes:
• round-trip economy air travel for winner and three (3) guests from a major airport nearest to winner's home to New York City
• two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one suite for four (4) persons) at a hotel selected by Sponsor
• round-trip ground transportation to/from the airport and to/from the fireworks event
• one (1) $500 Macy's gift card
• a private meet and greet with a Chef from Macy's Culinary Council during the Fireworks
• the following KitchenAid appliances:
one (1) Stand Mixer with three (3) attachments
one (1) Hand Mixer
one (1) Food Processer
one (1) Blender
one (1) Coffee Maker
one (1) Countertop Oven and Toaster
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of KitchenAid appliances: $2,000. ARV of complete prize: $5,000. Winner and guests must be able to travel between July 3, 2012 and July 5, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and awarded to another winner. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner is solely responsible for meals, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, transportation between winner's home and gateway airport, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.
