Enter from 7/21 (7:00:01 PM CST) through 8/25 (11:59:59 PM CST) for a chance to win 1 of 10 trips to the exclusive Gears of War 3 Launch Event in NYC at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square. From 8/16 through 8/25, one Winner per day will be randomly selected to win the VIP Launch Experience including airfare and 3-days, 2-nights hotel accommodations.

Grand Prize

4.DRAWINGS: First Prize Drawings (10): One Random First Prize Drawing will be held for each day beginning August 16, 2011 and ending August 25, 2011. Each daily First Prize Drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. CST on that day. Each daily First Prize Drawing will be held on the following day. For example, the First Prize Drawing for August 16, 2011 will be held on August 17, 2011 from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. CST on August 16, 2011. Non-winning entries for each day's First Prize Drawing will roll over into the subsequent day's First Prize Drawing; and all non-winning First Prize Entries will roll over into the Second Prize Drawing. Second Prize Drawings (25): One Random Second Prize Drawing will be held September 21, 2011 from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. CST on September 20, 2011. Grand Prize Drawing (1): On September 19, 2011 live at the Gears of War® 3 Launch Event in New York City, one Random Grand Prize Drawing will be held from among the ten (10) First Prize Winners. GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Random Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 5.PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A Gears of War® 3 Custom built motorcycle, custom designed and made by Paul Jr. Designs and $15,000 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $65,000.00. Taxes, licenses, motorcycle registration and insurance are solely the responsibility of winner. Winner must complete, sign and return all affidavits, releases and other documents required by Sponsor and provide proof of motorcycle insurance prior to receipt of the motorcycle. Please Note: In order for the motorcycle to be operated at the time of receipt, winner must present a valid motorcycle operator's license. Ten (10) First Prizes: A "Gears of War® 3 Launch Event VIP Experience," which includes: (A) two (2) VIP Passes to the Gears of War® 3 Launch Event on September 19, 2011 in New York City (the "Event"); (B) Round trip coach class airfare on a major carrier of Sponsor's choice to New York City from the major U.S. gateway closest to the Winner's home, for each First Prize Winner and a guest; (C) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; (D) roundtrip transfers between airport and hotel; (E) roundtrip transportation between hotel and the Event; and (F) automatic entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. ARV: $3,000.00 each. Actual value of First Prize depends on the city of departure and dates/times of travel. If the actual value of the First Prize is less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded to the Winner. Travel shall occur on September 18, 2011, and the return flight shall be on September 20, 2011.
