I feel bad but I just "hid" all of the FB posts made by my SIL. Some people just don't know what is appropriate for the Internet.
Well, at least we have a purchase agreement now we just need to get ours on the market the next few days and get it SOLD! Please
Side story: when we were looking @ houses before buying this one we could not find barely anything in this town or out in the one we are moving to that was at ALL decent....as in dry, clean, well-maintained, etc. Our realtor was able to get us in to see our current home the day before it 'really' went onto the market to the public since she knew the realtor who was listing it. We were the first out of 8 other parties wanting to look at this house (understandably, it had pretty good curb appeal in a busy area) and when we saw it we knew we needed to put in a good offer immediately. We are hoping it will be the same way this time, especially since we have done a lot of major updating since we moved in.
You know you have had a stressful week when you go to the store to pick up new house numbers (to replace the old, worn ones) and have to stand there for a good 5 min. contemplating which numbers out of 0-9 you need
Anyway, just popping in. I've not been able to keep up with anything T-wise. If anyone could PM me a shopping list/deal summary I would greatly appreciate it. I don't even have time to search recaps right now ugh! Was hoping to get some Scotch tape yet this week but I don't even know if I'll be able to get there until we get this house up.

Heck, I got fancy new furnishings, enough to furnish several new bathrooms, and I don't desire to ever move again
Lets see.. went by target for a quick trip yesterday afternoon, then headed to work. Wasn't a bad night, but I am working with 2 new people and helping to train them.. Makes for a longer night because they aren't up to speed yet and so things take them much longer. Ended up being at work an extra 45 minutes.. didn't get home until 1 am
I am heading out to the dentist soon.. time to start my second root canal
And, my SIL who drives me crazy asked DD to babysit my nephew today.. She is so strange about things, that I am surprised she even asked. I always thought she didn't trust us with her kid, but this time she must have been desperate
She is so particular with him... I used to think it was just the first time mom thing, but it hasn't gotten any better. He is 3 now, and she is due with another one anyday now! You would think since he is 3 and my DD is 3, that she would know we can handle him.. but I guess she had her doubts and was afraid what we might give him.. she packed his lunch, and all of his drinks for the day.. I laughed when I opened the drink bag cause she packed him 6 capri suns
My DD is supposed to be watching him and she is stressed cause he has only been here 45 minutes and has already peed on the floor and wet his only extra pair of pants!
Trying to decide if I am running into town to a moving sale today. DD worked the overnight so she is sleeping but I might go scout it out for her and if there is anything I think she would really want, give her a call and wake her little butt up.
Yesterday, she got a white metal day bed for her guest room. It has a canopy, pop up trundle, both mattresses in excellent shape, and a full set of bedding, including canopy and curtains... and the best part is, she got it all for $50. It's in great condition and has been well cared for. Last weekend we went to an auction and she got a dryer for $15. And, of course, there are all those new rose rings and damask shower curtains that are going to be curtains. She's getting excited. She should get possession the end of next week we think. There is one more thing that needs taken care of but that is on the sellers end so if there is a hold up, it's their fault.
I am currently living in fear of her finding a steal on a fridge and having to move it twice. Let's hope she doesn't find that til it can go right to the house! Oh well, if she does, it is staying in the back of the truck!

Suave, Sharpies, tape, pillows , Benedryl sticks (if you have the $2 MQ), Oscar Mayer Hot dogs(MQ + TQ = $0.88 for two)
Last time I was at Target they were out of the $2.50 pillows. The spot was there but it was empty. I forgot to have them check for me. Hope they have some next time... DD will be needing several.
