Story must answer the following:

1. What is your school doing right now to stay fit and healthy? (150 word max)
2. Why does your school need help to do more? (150 word max)
3. How do you think your school could put $10,000 to good fitness use? (150 word max)


Contest Winner Determination:
Each Story entry will be judged by a panel of qualified judges whose decisions are final. All essay submissions will be judged based on the following judging criteria:
(a) Relevance to topic (40%) - Does the essay provide answers and solutions to how your school can benefit from the award?
(b) Originality (30%) - Is your idea or approach innovative and new? Does the essay make us raise our eyebrows and get excited?
(c) Inspiration (30%) - Does your essay make us want to do something that could positively effect the school community at large?

The panel of judges will determine the top five (5) Story entries in each category (elementary, middle and high school) on or about October 18, 2011. All finalists are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules and completion of release forms. The top fifteen (15) Story Entrants will be sent a Flip Video Camera and will have until October 25, 2011 to complete and return a video (taken with the Flip Video Camera or any video camera finalist wish to use detailing "Why your school is fit to win $10,000 to help improve youth fitness" (the "Video"). The Video can be a maximum of two (2) minutes. The Video is subject to all Story Terms and Conditions as outlined in the aforementioned section (with exception of the aforementioned Video duration specified). Videos may NOT contain:
• Any copyrighted material not in the public domain or for which the entrant has not obtained the rights to use;
• 3rd party music for which entrant has not obtained the rights to use
• 3rd party voice-overs for which entrant has not obtained the rights to use;
• 3rd party stock photography or artwork for which entrant has not obtained the rights to use;
• Nudity, lewd or vulgar behavior; offensive language and/or gestures

During the Voting Phase, Voting will begin at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) October 31, 2011 and will end at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) November 20, 2011. Submissions of the top fifteen (15) finalists' Story entries and Videos will be displayed online at www.henkelhelps.com. The public will be invited to vote for the Submission that they believe best addresses the theme "Think your school is Fit to Win?" There are two ways to vote: 1) Participants can visit online at www.henkelhelps.com and follow the instructions to view the voting page section. Once on this page they need to complete the required entry form and select the keyword of the school that they wish to vote for. 2) To vote by text message entry, participants must have a text message capable phone and text the keyword associated with the school they wish to vote for to the short code 50101 on their phone. They will also need to enter their email address when prompted. Standard text messaging rates, terms, and conditions apply and may not be available from all service providers or for all handsets. Participants should check with their service provider for details. Voting Limit: Only one (1) vote per school category (elementary, middle or high school), per person, per day is allowed during the Voting Phase regardless of the method that they voted by . Public is not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by anyone to submit more than the stated number of votes by using multiple/different email addresses and/or or any other methods will void all their votes and he or she will be disqualified from further participation in the Contest. The Finalist who's Submission accumulates the most valid votes, and in the opinion of the judges, will be declared the winner in each category (elementary, middle and high school). For the second stage of the contest, should there be a tie within the public voting for the winner in each category, a panel of judges will make the final decision based on 50% theme, 25% inspiration and 25% creativity of Video
