Timing: The Promotion begins August 1, 2011 and ends November 15, 2011, or when 705,104 registrations have been received, whichever is the earlier of the two occurrences, ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility: - The Promotion is open only to individuals who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at time of entry and who are currently residing in, and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other US territories). How to Participate: – On-Package: Look for game labels ("Game Label") on specially marked packages of LITEHOUSE® caramel products (while supplies last) which will contain the URL ("Web Address") for the promotion website ("Promotion Website"). At the Promotion Website, complete the registration form with your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address, and (optional) responses to three (3) marketing questions. (a) If you have been randomly selected as an instant winner of a FREE prize, you will see a congratulatory message indicating the prize you have won, a claim code ("Claim Code") for that prize and instructions on how to claim your prize by mail. You will also receive an e-mail with the same Claim Code and claim instructions. (b) If you have been randomly selected as an instant winner of a Litehouse coupon, follow the on-line instructions to print your coupon; (c) If you are not an instant winner, you will see a "thanks for playing message" and you will be automatically entered in the iPad Sweepstakes ("iPad Sweepstakes").
