Replacement part was not a fix. Need to wait for another one to be shipped again.
Expecting another FEDEX tomorrow for a replacement DSL modem (today is day 6 without internet at home) and it does not look like I can pick it up at the Fedex office tonight as it has not yet been scanned in on arrival there yet. Tomorrow will be seven days without internet and I fear that the modem will not resolve the problems.
I'm going to IMAX 3D Harry Potter tomorrow night using mycoke movie passes. I saw it this past Sunday on Real 3D at local theatre but the local imax is 6 stories tall by 8 stories wide and seeing movies on it is incredible.

I already have a one month credit for the outage and I made a HUGE enough stink about shipping ($24.99 or $39.99 or free for a 7-10 business day shipment) on the modem that they are supposed to refund the $24.99 shipping. We will see. I have spent so many hours on the phone with these people that the one month and shipping refund is simply not enough for all the hassle. I hope this fixes it.
I'm not sure about In Time; I will go watch a trailer online and post again.

I also found an entertainment book coupon for a free popcorn at the imax theatre.
It's going to be a busy day at work.
My friend's replacement smartphone finally works. Terrible customer service from them, but it's finally working again. I'm glad I bought my smartphone, same model, from a third party that seems to have much better customer service.
