Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion consists of a sweepstakes and an Instant Win Game. Promotion begins on August 24, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET and consists of ten (10) entry periods as set forth in the chart below:

Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, click on the magic snack ball and if you reveal a winning message, you are a potential winner.

During the Promotion Period, you can earn additional Sweepstakes entries for completing the following two (2) actions:
a. Upload a Snacktivities Tip: During the Promotion Period, you can earn an additional Sweepstakes entry for uploading a Snacktivities tip in each of the following four (4) categories: (i) Healthy Snacking, (ii) Quick Snack Tips, (iii) Snacking on the Go; and (iv) Creative Snacking Ideas. Each Snacktivities tip should not exceed 250 characters in length and will be posted in an online gallery for viewing following review by Administrator. Limit: You may enter one (1) tip per Category per day for a maximum of four (4) additional entries per day.
b. Vote for a Snacktivities Tip: During the Promotion Period, you can earn one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per day for voting for your favorite Snacktivities tip. Limit: You may vote for one (1) tip per day to earn one additional entry.

Limit: Each entrant may earn up to six (6) Sweepstakes entries per day by any combination of methods of entry set forth above and may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: Winner's choice of one (1) of the following five (5) themed trips:

Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the city closest to the National Park in the continental U.S. selected by winner; a $2,400 allowance for a full size or mini-van size rental car for the length of the trip; three (3) nights' accommodations at a park lodge or other nearby hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); and a park pass for the length of the trip to enter the National Park.

(iii) A city vacation for four (4) people to New York City. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City; roundtrip airport transfers via private SUV with meet and greet service; two (2) nights' accommodations at The Embassy Suites Times Square Hotel (or comparable property determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (single room, quadruple occupancy); and a twenty (20) minute helicopter tour of New York City for four (4).

(iv) A city vacation for four (4) people to the domestic city of winner's choice in the continental U.S. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the domestic city of winner's
choice in the continental U.S.; a $2,200 allowance for a mid-size rental car for the length of the trip; three (3) nights' accommodations at a three (3) star hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quadruple occupancy); $500 in spending money for winner; and one (1) $350 gift certificate for a city tour or other activities of winner's choice (awarded in the form of a VISA® card).

(v) A sea vacation for four (4) people aboard the Carnival Destiny®. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami; roundtrip airport/pier transfers; four (4) nights'
accommodations onboard Carnival Destiny® in an outside stateroom (or comparable property determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (quadruple occupancy); also includes three meals daily; port fees and taxes included.

For all trip prizes: If rental car is part of prize: If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each trip package: $5,025. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. approximate retail value.
