Prayer Request Thread.

I'm changin my post now since my papaw is home and feeling better now. This thread is for anyone to use and post their own requests. Lux took my post from another thread and made this a separate thread just for that reason. Please do not hesitate to make requests cause you might be surprised at the support you will get from the loungers!!

Here is my original request...
Sorry I know this is off-topic but there seem to be some religious people in here right now.

Please say a prayer for my grandfather cause my mom just called and said he just called her and she is taking him to the emergency room. He is having pains (chest, I believe). It scares me cause he had a heart attack last summer and then a 5 bypass surgery. So now I'm heading to meet them at the hospital. Thanks!

I heart my Papaw!

A friend of mine just went in Thursday for her 20 week ultrasound. She found out she's having a little boy and he has some very serious problems with his heart, spent over 5 hours on Friday in another appointment, more ultrasounds, etc. 'They couldn't even locate all 4 chambers of his heart. Bottom line is he has a low chance of survival and if he does, he will face many surgeries early on in life. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. Thanks.

For about a month now, I have been getting emails from somebody (who I do not know), about Keith Beasley (who I do not know), but the emails appear to be from Keith's wife asking people to pray for Keith. From what I can tell, Keith had a terrible accident and has been in the ICU at Jonnson Hospital in Dallas. The emails are hearbreaking and I have been praying for Keith and his family. Today I did a Google search and found this .....

..... and thought some of the people here would want to read it and pray for Keith and his family too. Pray

A local pastor's 4 month old son needs a liver transplant. The baby's name is Seth. Please keep him in your prayers.

You may recall my father has experienced some difficulty over the last few years and everyone has suspected Dementia/Alzheimers. My folks just gave me a call from a clinic in SF specializing in the study and they've determined it is "Pick's Disease" (Frontotemporal dementia, FTD). No known treatment of the progressive disease and worse, it puts an expiration date on your life ... average life expectancy is 7-8 years after prognosis. Looks like I have ~3-5 years left to spend time with my father and my kids to realize what a great man their grandfather is Sadwalk

This made me choke up, Rammy, because I feel like my own father is displaying signs of dementia. It is tearing me apart to think that he might slowly slip away from us mentally. I will keep your father and you in my prayers.

Pray to all others that need it hug
