Grand Prize: (1 winner) Cruise vacation package for Grand Prize winner and up to three guests and an "Eat & Play" prize pack. Grand Prize includes four gift certificates, each in the amount of $1,000 issued by a Sponsor-selected cruise line and each redeemable for passage, accommodations and services aboard winner's choice of available cruises offered by the cruise line operator; round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and up to three guests from the major airport nearest winner's primary residence to the major airport within the 48 contiguous United States that is nearest the departure point of selected cruise; $500 spending money awarded in the form of a gift card; and an "Eat & Play" prize pack consisting of an assortment of Mattel games including an UNO Roboto Game, an UNO H2O Game, an UNO Card Game, a Phase 10 Card Game and twenty-six VIP coupons each redeemable for one complimentary Family Size STOUFFER'S Lasagna (up to $8.99 each). All gift certificate(s) and gift card(s) awarded are subject to all the terms and conditions and policies imposed by their respective issuers as well as federal and state laws. Air transportation (or ground transportation, as appropriate) must be booked at least four (4) weeks in advance of departure through Sponsor's travel agent, and all air (or ground) travel must be taken by 11/1/12, or it will be forfeited in its entirety. Cruise must be booked at least four (4) weeks in advance of departure through the cruise line directly. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. If winner or any guest resides within 200 miles from the cruise departure port, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation, at Sponsor's sole discretion and no cash difference will be awarded. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for securing any and all picture ID required to travel including, but not limited to, a valid passport and visas (if applicable). The cruise operator may require additional documentation from winner and his/her guests before any travel occurs. If any guest of Grand Prize winner is a minor, such guest must be accompanied at all times by his/her parent or legal guardian. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, gratuities, parking, additional transportation, telephone calls, specialty dining and beverages, tours and excursions, and island departure taxes not specified herein as being included in the prize, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his/her guests. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, departure or arrival delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, inability of Grand Prize winner or any guest to use the prize, any portion thereof or any related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the use of the prize or related activities. Winner is responsible for any cancellation or change fees if unable to travel after the trip is booked and reservations made. Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates, prizes or prize components once they are in the Grand Prize winner's or guests' possession. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and air travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on the same travel itinerary and on the dates agreed upon. Flight details are subject to space availability, and airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. All arrangements regarding air travel will be made at Sponsor's sole discretion. Third-party vendors who supply trips or services in connection with the prize may have additional terms and conditions of use, with which Grand Prize winner and guests may have to comply. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $9,796. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending upon the location of winner's residence, number of guests and the departure point of the selected cruise. Should the actual retail value be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in any other form. No cash alternative, substitutions or changes will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any differences between the stated ARV and the final cost of the trip will not be awarded in cash or any other form. If winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected if feasible.
