You have one week to post in here that you want to do it. Then I'll make a poll and y'all can vote who you want.
Please only put your name down if you know a decent number of the people around here. You may be the most trustworthy person ever in the world but if no one here really knows you then it probably wouldn't be the best thing.
So anyway put your name down, reasons you'd like to do it, why you should be picked, at least 5 references, your drivers license number, paypal account....nah I'm just kidding. Just throw your name in, lol.

It shouldn't come down to a popularity contest. Autumn, Schooby, or someone, should just name a successor and if that successor needs help then they could ask someone that they know and trust.
Just an opinion...I think you (collective you) should find out all of the people who would like to run it, make a poll, let people vote (hopefully they will not make it a popularity contest and just vote on who they think will have the time and dedicated attention to run it) and then get it going.
Maybe even give a deadline for when people have to speak up if they are interested.
