NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.



1. Eligibility

The Front Porches, Family n' Friends Fall Festival Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of CBOCS, Inc. ("Cracker Barrel"), Launchfire Interactive, Inc. or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.



3. Timing

The Promotion begins on October 7, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on October 12, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.



4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, go to http://www.crackerbarrel.com/loca...stival(the "Site") and locate the "Enter to win" link. Click on the link and enter your username, password, name, email address, telephone number, accept the Official Rules. Once you have completed registration you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Registration is free. You may only register once during the Promotion Period. Once you have registered you may earn additional entries into the random sweepstakes drawing and have the opportunity to enter a Code Word for a chance to win an instant win prize.



5. Earn Sweepstakes Entries

· Uploading a Photo: You will receive fifty (50) entries for uploading a Halloween photo on the website. The photo must not violate the rights of third parties or be inappropriate as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

· Email Opt-in: You will receive ten (10) entries if you sign up to receive e-mail communications from Cracker Barrel.

· Text Opt-in: You will receive ten (10) entries if you sign up to receive text communications from Cracker Barrel.

· Invite friends: You will receive five (5) entries per user who registers through your referral up to twenty five (25) entries for referring your friends either by Email or Personal Link or Banner who registers for the Sweepstakes through your referral during the Promotion Period. To invite friends via e-mail, click on the "Share" link and enter the e-mail address(es) of your friends to whom you would like to send an email. Each friend will be sent an e-mail from Cracker Barrel containing a link to the Site, which e-mail may identify you as having recommended that the e-mail be sent. You may only invite persons from whom you have received permission to provide their e-mail address to Cracker Barrel and by whom e-mail from you or Cracker Barrel would not be considered spam. Personal Link or Banner: To retrieve your personal web link, click on the "Share" link and locate the personal web link or personal banner on this page. You may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards and personal web pages or in emails. The distribution of your personal web link is at your discretion, subject to the following: Cracker Barrel reserves the right to cancel and void any Personal Link and all associated Entries which it deems, in its sole discretion to be used or associated with content which is deemed inappropriate. Without limiting the foregoing, such content includes all forms of pornography, inappropriate language and content that incites hate, is demeaning, depreciates the value of the Cracker Barrel name, brand, products or trademarks, or incites discrimination of any and all forms.

· "Like" Cracker Barrel on Facebook: You will receive twenty five (25) entries by "liking" Cracker Barrel on your Facebook page. To receive entries for 'Liking' Cracker Barrel on Facebook, click the 'Like Cracker Barrel' link on either the, earn more entries page, or on the overlays appearing within the game. Visit the Cracker Barrel Facebook page using the link provided. Click the "Like" button at the top of this page. Once we confirm you have "liked" the Cracker Barrel Facebook page you will earn twenty five (25) entries.

· "Follow" Cracker Barrel on Twitter: You will receive twenty five (25) entries if you sign up to follow Cracker Barrel on Twitter.



Limit: Each entrant may receive up to one hundred and thirty six (136) entries during the Promotion Period through any method or combination of methods of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.



6. How to Get the Secret Word and Enter the Instant Win

After you have registered, you will have the opportunity to enter the Secret Word for a chance to win an Instant Win. The Secret Word can be obtained for free either by visiting or calling a participating Cracker Barrel store and requesting the Secret Word. You do not have to make a purchase to receive the Secret Word. Then go http://www.crackerbarrel.com/loca...llfestival and enter the Secret Word. Each registered participant is only able to enter the Secret Word once during the Promotion Period. After you enter the Secret Word, the website will reveal if you are an instant winner. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.



7. Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game

Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes grand prize, first prize and secondary prize winners, from all eligible entries on or about October 14, 2011. Instant Win Game: 50 random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the enter the Code Word at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
