LIMIT: one (1) online entry per person per calendar day.
ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 1/3/12
PRIZE AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLVI (the "Football Game", which is scheduled to be held on 2/5/12 in Indianapolis, Indiana), hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (single room with double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor), round-trip coach class air transportation and $300 (awarded as a check).
Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $11,160.
