Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in order to enter the contest. Children under 13 are not eligible to enter the contest via internet or mail.
Employees of dELiA*s Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and their respective directors, officers, related companies, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
Sweepstakes starts on October 12, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 27, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received by October 27, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
ENTER ONLY BY VISITING OUR WEBSITE: Enter by visiting our website at www.delias.com locating the entry form and completing the required information.
Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of dELiA*s. None will be returned.
Limit one entry per person per e-mail address. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. You can be entered only once. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
By entering, sweepstakes participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official sweepstakes rules.
PRIZE
The prize consists of a Grand Prize of one (1) iPad®, one (1) personalized iPad cover and a collection of dEliA*s Pretty Little Liars t-shirts, a pair of jeans, a party dress and two (2) pairs of shoes. Retail value of the prize is $3,000. Any federal, state and local taxes due on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prizes for other prizes, cash or credit is permitted except by dELiA*s in its sole and absolute discretion, in the event of prize unavailability or otherwise, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian.
WINNER
The winning entry will be selected in a random drawing held on or about October 28, 2011 from all eligible entries. The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of dELiA*s are final and binding. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone on October 28, 2011. Only the winner will be notified. The winner will have two (2) days from date of notification to accept the prize by email, fax or U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification.
Winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release, all within 2 days of receiving such documents from dELiA*s. Noncompliance within this time period, failure to accept the prize within the time period stated above, or return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at dELiA*s sole discretion.
If winner is deemed to be an eligible minor in their state of legal residence, the prize will be awarded in their parent or legal guardian's name. Acceptance of a prize and dELiA*s receipt of winner's (or winner's parent or legal guardian's) completed and signed affidavit of eligibility, consent and release shall constitute permission for dELiA*s Inc., Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. and International Family Entertainment, Inc. dba ABC Family to use winner's (which in the case of a child under 18 may be the child) name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and statements for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in perpetuity and worldwide, in any and all media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
