TIMING: The "Promotion Period" starts at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 13, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 2, 2011.

ONLINE: During the Promotion Period, to play the Instant-Win Game (the "Game") online, go to www.facebook.com/quaker ("Website"), "Like" the Website, accept the Great Days Sweepstakes app and enter your valid e-mail address and complete registration by entering your first and last name (no initials), complete street address, including city, state and zip, date of birth, and telephone number including area code. After registering, you may play the Game by spinning a wheel (a "Play"). Depending on where the wheel lands, you will receive a message starting whether you have won a Game prize. If you have won a Game prize, then you are deemed to be a potential Game prize winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

TEXT: If you wish to play the Game via text messaging, you must text "Quaker" or "QuakerOats" to the number "87963." You will receive a reply text message stating whether or not you are a potential Game Prize winner. Sweepstakes Grand Prize: (1) a trip for winner and three (3) guests ("Guest(s)") to attend a catered breakfast with Bob Harper at his television studio in Los Angeles, California. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and his/her Guests will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to Los Angeles, California on dates to be determined by the Sponsor (the "Grand Prize Trip"). The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and his/her Guests from the gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner's home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport; three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor's sole discretion, ground transportation to and from the hotel and to and from the breakfast with Bob Harper, a Bob Harper & Quaker "swag" package, and $500 in spending money for the winner.
