Lisbeth is the name of the female lead of the movie Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. I really like how it sounded.

It's not Antonio. I don't like that name at all.

The only other ones that start with A I can think of are Alessandro, Alberto, Adriano, and Alfonzo.
