I'm no pro, but I can definitely lend a hand if you'd like a new avatar or need some help with your existing one (and if I can't help hopefully someone here can help you)!

Here are some samples of work I have done. Please don't ask me to create something from scratch... I'm not that artistically gifted. laugh out loud I'm better at tweaking/resizing/altering images, adding backgrounds, special effects, etc. - and squeezing the crap out of current gifs to get them to fit into the tiny file size limitation.

Oh, my avatar always needs help. Mine is always just pictures of random cats. When I first came to this site, I used a picture of myself, but...people didn't believe it was me, and actually I read a thread wherein someone said it was weird to use your own photo Big Grin, so I succumbed to peer pressure (okay, not really, but I wasn't going to be the only one) and changed it to cats. Enh. They're okay, but you can never see them. They're too small.
If I were a graphic artist, instead of a mixed-media artist, I'd make something better. Sadwalk

I don't really know how to do this. I've tried 3 times before to get an avatar into my profile, but no luck. I like smiley333 beach scene with the heart. EEK! I didn't see this in January! laugh out loud Did someone help you? I'm not using that heart anymore, it's yours if you'd still like to use it. I pm'd you. Here's the heart and 2 other beach images. If you still need help hollar!

Were your images not working due to the size? Did they need resizing?
