Eligibility: The Yahoo! Movies The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") and an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game") (collectively, the "Promotion") related to the motion picture titled "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1" (the "Picture"), and is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees of Yahoo! Inc. ("Sponsor"), ePrize, LLC ("Administrator"), Summit Entertainment, LLC ("Summit") and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, and all prize providers supplying prizes to be awarded in the Promotion and advertising agencies associated with the Promotion (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Timing: The Promotion begins on October 31, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 18, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. Entrants must enter by November 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be eligible for First Prize.

Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights' consecutive accommodations at the Omni Hotel, or a hotel at Sponsor's sole discretion (single room, double occupancy, ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and two (2) tickets to the Screening on November 14, 2011; First Prize Winner must travel on November 13, 2011 and return on November 15, 2011 or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $3,699.
Instant Win Game Prizes: There are SIXTY (60) INSTANT WIN PRIZES available in connection with the Instant Win Game, and they are comprised of the following: TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: DVD three (3) pack which includes: (i) Twilight; (ii) The Twilight Saga: New Moon; and (iii) The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."
