Step 4 - Entry Title & Photo: In 25 characters or less, submit a title for your photo. Next, upload one (1) photo demonstrating the positive things in your life (i.e. family, friends, community, where you live, etc.) that inspire you to give this holiday season. By submitting a photo, you attest to its truth in all material respects. File attachment must be in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG or GIF. Total file size must be less than 1 MB. Without the photo attachment, entry will be deemed incomplete and will be disqualified.
Step 5 – Caption: In 500 characters or less, write a caption for your photo describing the positive things in your life (i.e. family, friends, community, where you live, etc.) that inspire you to give this holiday season.
Prizes, Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"):
Grand Prize (1 winner): $25,000 donation from Kohl's on behalf of Grand Prize winner to their preselected charity. Grand Prize winner will also receive a $2,500 Kohl's Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions thereon).
First Prize (1 winner): $15,000 donation from Kohl's on behalf of First Prize winner to their preselected charity. First Prize winner will also receive a $1,500 Kohl's Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions thereon).
Second Prize (1 winner): $10,000 donation from Kohl's on behalf of Second Prize winner to their preselected charity. Second Prize winner will also receive a $1,000 Kohl's Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions thereon).
Bi-weekly Prizes (600 winners; 200 winners per Contest Entry Period): $500 donation from Kohl's on behalf of each bi-weekly prize winner to preselected charity. Each bi-weekly prize winner will also receive a $100 Kohl's Gift Card
Total value of all prizes and donations: $565,000.00. (includes Kohl's charitable donations on behalf of prize winners.)
