Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes offered: $71,789.70. One prize per person.
Drawings for each of the four Second Place Prizes will take place on 11/08/11, 11/15/11, 11/22/11, and 11/29/11. Drawings for each of the four First Place Prizes will take place on 12/06/11, 12/13/11, 12/20/11, and 12/27/11. Drawings for the Supreme and Ultimate Holiday Prizes will take place on 01/03/12.
From Rules: "the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded), age 18 or older at the time of entry and currently enrolled in a college or university in the United States ('Entrant"). "
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ENROLLED IN COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY. - Verified through email to Contest Support.

I'm going to enter according to the Official Rules which did not state this but I did notice at the bottom of the entry page that you must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the United States as well.
