hahaha nah this is not a bunch that i'd cheap out on. i prob need to spend ~50 on each. maybe more on big boss (male, so gwp wouldn't work even if i wanted to!).

If I recall right, we peeled them, then cut them into chunks like the ones in the cans and I boiled them for 10-15 minutes, you just have to check them like potatoes, when you do mashed potatoes but you don't want them as soft because you are going to put them in the oven and cook them a little more.
