ladies--what are your favorite VS fragrances for women? i like clean fruity/floral scents like clinique happy and chanel chance--but not a big fan of musk or vanilla type scents. thanks Smilie

Anyways, I'm going to do the duplicate order thing like a dummy in case their most holy researchers decide not to grant my wish. ANYWAY about your case, can you call the store & have them hold the ivory hat for you? When you go in again, chances are that rude SA won't be there Smilie

What the heck?! That's insane! Sounds like the CS rep was making stuff up. I thought about calling and asking them to hold it- but I doubt they would hold it for me until black friday. Plus, after working midnight til 8am, waiting in a line at AE is the last thing I wanna do. I may just order the brown so that I definitely get the 40% off and then hope I can find an ivory one in store and exchange it.

gotb-- sorry to hear that. did you happen to catch his name? i would call in to ae and report him and maybe they'll reprimand him so he's nicer next time to customers. and most likely, the hat won't be bought if it's on a mannequin in a window display so call in and have them reserve it for you!

wc--i actually did this last time they held the promo. same situation--and they forwarded my concerns and refunded me Smilie just make sure it's the correct amount, because they refunded only 1/3 of what i was owed, and i replied and told them so and they corrected it! but to be safe, i also placed a second order with the 40% off, since in store returns are sooo easy Coverlaugh

Very Sexy and Bombshell are both warmer, muskier scents, so you may not like them as much.

And thanks for the advice on the AE situation. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. But you're right about the fact that the hat will most likely not be sold. I'm gonna order the brown one so I am sure to get the 40% off and hope that the ivory one is still in the window by the time the brown one is delivered to me.
