I just checked my bank acct. Bloom charged me full price for the order I placed yesterday. They didn't deduct the Mamasource code. I contacted them about it. Hopefully, they'll correct the charge or cancel & allow me to use my code on another order. The confirmation email also shows the full charge, but I didn't notice it yesterday. The code was showing when I placed the order. Has anyone had this happen at Bloom?

Actually, you can get it at any time by using code BDAY2011 Smilie Otherwise I think it is a 2 week period...Not 100% sure though. (Or you can cheat and make an extra account laugh out loud Then next year you will get an extra $15 GC too Smilie )

I got my sis addicted to Urban Decay, so now every fabulous deal costs me twice as much laugh out loud Well, she picks up steals for me too Smilie

hey ladies i just called 1-800-411-1418 to cancel a VS backorder (someone mentioned the # a little while ago) and the automated voice had me enter my order # and verify my name and then wanted to connect me with a VS operator. i thought this was the number to call when you wanted to cancel a backorder withouth speaking to reps? just curious because i hate talking to the reps but would still like to cancel... TIASmilie

I'm not sure about that number, I've never used it, but you can also try 1800-411-5116. that's the one I normally use.

thanks for the replySmilie i just called and got the automated voice then they tried transfering me to a associate again. maybe i just have bad luck lol.

i ordered a few things when they had free ship on $25 during BF and one of the items was backordered. will they charge me shipping if i cancel the backorder since it dips below the $25 minimum? i might have to call it in or email it since i cant seem to get the automated voice to cancel it.

that happened to me before too. not sure why they automatically wanted to transfer me to vs rep, but i hung up too. i used the 1-800-411-1418 number too. i just waited a day or two and called the same number back and was able to cancel my backorder without talking to a rep.


anni-you are very lucky! i am jealous. if i can't stack, i think i will have a new drawer full of panties.

k-see i'm catching up :-)

The b/o item may be ready to ship, which is why they're trying to transfer you. That happened to me recently. I got the transfer message twice & hung up thinking I'd call back in a day or 2. My backordered item showed up a few days later. It wasn't supposed to ship until January.

I'm no help because I haven't heard of anything like that. Although 1 girl said on their facebook that 1 of her orders got canceled because she used 2 plumdistrict codes on the same account. That doesn't sound too similar to your problem though.

Has anyone's orders from when we could combine SRCs shipped yet? Mine is still in processing.

I've never paid full price there. Embarrassment I've always had certificates, but never more than one from the same promo. I did have 2 Plum District codes, but they were from different promos. Hopefully, they're not going to start pulling stuff like this. They shouldn't offer the promos, if they don't want people to use them. I'll be fine with them cancelling & reinstating the code, but I won't be happy at all, if they ship the package & charge me full price. I don't want to have to deal with a "return to sender" & depend on them to eventually refund my money.
