azn- i usually watch comedy shows, lie in bed and cuddle with something soft and warm. go to the gym. go swimming/float in water? a lot of ppl enjoy tanning or just lying at the beach. somewhere tranquil

maybe you can do some facials at home to relax and pamper. bubble bath?

I'm glad you got an EKG. Did your dr. think it could be stress? I hope the cardiologists finds the cause & treats the right thing. Your heart isn't something to speculate about.

Dh had the same thing AZN. on his regular physical check up (3 years ago i think) our physical found out that EKG is not "normal" for him. At first she even wondered if his heart is on right side (some people have heart on right side ) but then she confirmed it is only something is not normal with his EKG. We went to cardiologist and then after advanced EKG and other reports cardiologist concluded that DH is alright. And the thing is that the way electricity passes thru his heart is not usually seen. He even mentioned to us that there is absolutely nothing to worry in future and not need to mention it to insurance(because insurance company might increase insurance without going in details) .
I believe all of it because that cardiologist is well reputed in his field.
Now DH had heart palpation almost 1.5 years after that incident( when we went to cardiologist his heart beat was just normal). What you have could be just strange co-incident too.

I would suggest for you first of all do NOT worry about this situation itself

Second, I know you are much stressed already - put those darn GMAT prep books down for few days.
Third, when you resume with GMAT prep, just don't stress about doing the best with it. It is A LOT of stress. Just take it easy, the world will not end if you don't do MBA or if you do MBA from some other college than you desired. What is most important is YOU and YOUR health. you already have a job with decent pay and a nice BF- see the positive things in life and take a break from everything. Do things you enjoy. Cluttering can add up to stress but to some people organizing does not help with stress. You should do thing YOU like more. do everything Sheena suggested.

And lastly if you are interested do Meditation. It will 99% help with stress. If you want more info i can PM you with some informative videos or something else.

I'm SO sorry your EKG had the results it did, but hopefully it puts you one step closer to an answer. Stress is a hard one to manage, and I went through a bit earlier this year that they kept diagnosing as Pleurisy. There are a few things that helped me, maybe they can help you:

My husband and I (not sure if you are married or not) cut back on everything and became debt free. Paid off all cars, credit cards and debt from the wedding. My big concern before (coming from a family of terrible money managers) was if one of us lost our job we would be in a ton of trouble - but now we keep our bills and expenses to one income. It helps a lot. I know not everyone is in the position to do that, but anything you can do to step closer to that goal helps.

Cutting negative people out of my life helped a lot and sitting back and finally being proud of myself for what I have accomplished in life instead of destroying myself. I am a workaholic who is very dedicated to her job and I see my work as a representation of my character. Once I realized this was a huge part of my stress, I HAD to ease up on myself. It's gradual, but it helps.

Lists. I always hated lists when I was a kid - but I make them now even just to clean my house. I used to get so overwhelmed with even simple tasks - decluttering and cleaning certainly help me feel more relaxed, and if i tackle it with a plan, it helps SO much. Plus, when I check the last thing off that list I truly feel as though I have accomplished something.

I don't know what to do to relax. I have a hard time doing that. I just have to keep busy if I'm stressed and that keeps my mind off of what's bothering me.

i mean, in pepper's case, is it possible for them not to match the cc charge to the invoice? if they could be sneaky like that to show discount on the invoice but charge more to your cc? it's easier for customers to track discounts on the invoice because they're broken down, versus on cc statement when it shows only the total.

oh, i would love it if it were free.

but in general i don't like high maintenance things, and yeah, i could see myself spending hours trying to get the magnetic patterns to look right. it was too high maintenance for me. crackle is easier imo - you just paint it on and it does itself!

also, i have too much naked makeup also. but it was just so pretty... i needed to buy it.

i'm also going to buy UD naked2 when it hits sephora.
