i thought the nail treatment helped me. my nails seemed to grow so much faster when i was using it. i'd leave my nails naked, and use the oil 1-2x a day for like a week. and it grew a lot!
yes, tall girl with reddish hair! i did not notice purple. i thought it might be your sister when i saw her, but then when i heard her talk i knew it had to be.
i've said many times that i could be vegetarian, as i often choose tofu over meat and i looooove mushrooms. however, i hate diets and restrictions, and once i say i'm going to be a vegetarian, that's when i'll suddenly crave meat.
I know what you mean. People shouldn't restrict themselves completely, and labels are a problem. I just tell people I'm vegan because that is mostly true...the same way some people might have trouble labeling themselves straight, gay, or bisexual...it's sometimes not that black and white, but you need to tell people something so that they have some sort of frame of reference. But if everyone just tried to eat less meat rather than saying they were never going to eat it ever again, and not guilt trip themselves if they do eat meat, then it would make a big difference. I hate when people who eat meat get on my case for eating dairy...it's like, dude, I'm doing more for the environment than you are by eating meat all the time...
and you poor thing - i wouldn't want to drive in snow either!
i'm a little crazy, going from 70 degree weather (so cal spoils me) to deathly cold wisconsin. leaving tonight - hope i don't turn into a popsicle when i get there!

and who cares if you eat dairy. eat what you want! my friend calls herself vegetarian but she eats some fish, but hates most mushrooms, and doesn't like eggplant either i think. she's really just extremely picky but vegetarian was the easiest label for herself.
tho, have you ever heard about dairy being bad for you? they talk about how eliminating dairy helps acne over at MUA - i never would have drawn a connection! there's a whole science behind how it's unnatural for us to drink cow milk and actually bad for us. i just googled it yesterday and was pretty surprised at what i found.
oh btw i think we are going with that venue we talked about! i am so excited - it's got its drawbacks but the campus is sooo gorgeous that i think that pro outweighs the cons.
all these bonks I knew 2012 will not be easy for me
I fall out of regular level of b12 now and then little supplements helps a lot my doc sais as I am vegetarian I might need some shots when it was below lower limits (220 i think)- i took supplements for few months and the next time i went for check up it went up above high limits (700+) such things not biggie but its better to take care of it when we are young and our body can still absorb it that being said, Am I considered young?

You won't see much snow unfortunately! Where in WI will you be? Awesome about the venue!! Which venue on the campus did you pick?
i think it's snowing in madison right now (at least that's what weather.com says!) and will be until tomorrow. so there should be a bit i think.
it's so sad i have to pick 1 area of the campus. wish i could pick them all!
Am I too old for my body to absorb it well (43)? I need to take that myself.
I don't like meat or pork. At the most, I'll eat a bite then pass it to my DH. I wouldn't want to give up fish/seafood though. I also eat poultry on occasion. If it came down to it, I could be vegetarian. What I couldn't give up is sugar.
if you eat some animal based foods you should be fine with B12. It's mainly a concern for people who have very little to no animal based foods. Like, we haven't had meat for 4 years and DH doesn't take supplements, and went to the dr. to get everything checked and they said he was on the lower side of what is in a normal range.
Come on down!
eta: They have the size he needs online, but it appears they don't do online exchanges.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try those.

if you're exchanging in store you shouldn't need anything.

i think if you bring a print out email w/ the order details, they can probably manually type in the info. at worst, they may give you store credit?
