they're yellow flakes that are a good source of vit. B12 and they have a cheesy flavor to them. It's really good on popcorn and there are a lot of good vegan mac and cheese recipes that use a nutritional yeast sauce instead of cheese. I love it and can eat it by the spoonful...lol

I can get MANY MANY items in VS box. The less air in the box, the better chance it will stay intact...as long as you tape very it well.

Ooops! I just got onto the computer. When I searched, no garter. The item # did not work either. CS may be able to pull it up via the item #SH-268-057.
