ooh, just saw that! i will remember that for next time Smilie i'm moving back in with my parents for a few months, so if anything like this should come up again, will just leave a note...the problem at the apt is that ups doesn't try to deliver to the door, they just leave everything at the desk, and then whoever's working the desk at that time will sort it and call to let you know that there is a package. the one time i did end up doing return to sender, i had to remind them 3-4 days, before they actually gave it back to the ups guy, which is why i didn't want to go through that route this time. plus, once when i ordered from kate somerville, they sent the package to the wrong address, and i called and they were able to intercept and send it to the right addy without a problem.

Yes! Or at least let us know so we have the option of cancelling...plus the gwp was in-stock when I placed my order. It didn't say that it was OOS or backordered...most of the online sites update pretty quickly, so you know what is in stock. lol, I've had things from Express, AT, even VS go OOS while they're in my shopping cart (usually right as I'm about to go checkout LMAO ) so I don't see why they couldn't do a better job with this. Blahhh, I was excited for it too Frown

Sheena, I'm not 100% sure, but if you have UPS MyChoice, I believe there is an option for you to select "Return to Sender" before it gets to you.

Hey if anyone who got that 'It cosmetics' brow pencil also still had the sample of it from the beauty.com GWP $100 bags, those fit as a refill in the pencil! I am so happy I got this. Also the pencil is the same size as the $24 one listed on the site. (.16 grams) I love the way this pencil looks on my brows, there is no 'oranginess' like most other eye pencils I have.

I would just chime in for beauty.com that my first order with them was about a year ago and it got canceled too - it was some BOS deal with $20 off coupon and now this too- now i know why I was not a reg with beauty.com Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I never bought $7 nailpolish laugh out loud now thansk to beauty.com for having me expensive yet not so famous EEK! brand of nail color for that price Chairbash
