NO! I gave out my office phone, NOT my cell phone. I once met a guy in a bar, and he was able to track me down through school as well. He was harmless (and an awesome guy I dated for a while), but I just had a talk with our IT department. I want to be invisible!

hmm, i got mine in a S and it feels fine for me. it's a non-padded version if that makes a difference. it's really really comfy! one of my fave sports bras at the moment.

are you listed in the white pages? if someone knows your first and last name and general vicinity of where you live, they can find your home phone if you're listed in the white pages. wait...that might just be for land line and not cell phone. hmm that is really scary how he got such personal info

NO, I don't give it to anyone (aside from friends and family and the sorts). I don't even list it on facebook (at least anymore? Maybe I did at one time several years ago maybe?). I had asked the guy I used to know. I know he was able to first find me on facebook (when I had my last name posted), and I think he got my number from there...but come to think of it, I don't have it posted on there either...I never asked him how he got it. I probably should. We're still in touch... This way, I'll at least know where it's posted. This just really aggravated me. It's amazing that a student would try to text message me.

Don't let him into the class girl!

When my guy was TA'ing, he got texts because all the TAs gave our their telephone numbers. I don't remember if the prof told them to do that, or whose idea it was, but how stupid is that? Like, do you REALLY have to TEXT someone's personal telephone to say you can't come to class or... well, what the heck would you ever be texting an instructor to say? Yuck.

I'm glad I'm not the only crier. I cry as much for happy scenes as I do sad ones too. My guys make fun of me. I doubt I'll see Titanic again. I like to cruise too much, & the recent shipwreck already makes me kind of nervous for our cruise this fall. It's not enough to make me cancel, but it will be in the back of my mind.
