If you don't want Amazon to take such a large cut, try textbookz.com. I sold a handful of books here as well. Personally, I think it's too expensive to ship with signature conf + insurance. Sometimes you might have to consider that these are kids and probably will be in class when the mail comes around. Do their apartment people then sign for it? I don't know. If you were concerned, I'd ship only with delivery conf. I hope that helps a little.
How do you pay shipping label for media mail by PayPal? I could never find it
In our marketing class last semester one guy was saying that the idea of opening site to just buy/sell book within campus is very good and we can save money by that and blah blah blah prof was smart but I think he some how got dumbfounded by that student's idea. I raised the hand and asked a simple question to him- why would I sell my book on your site if I can sell it for more than what I bought it for on eBay
And these are the students of business school we are talking about
That made me think for the first time that 1. We are smart that's why we found SD in the first place (most people still don't go beyond the Macy's coupon they get in mail- hard to believe but it is true) 2. We share knowledge and get smarter by finding better deals and money saving techniques and 3. now we are so used to it that when someone spend without much thought we see them as surprise

SLT Satin Lace-up Corset - Attachment 984940 - Black, Stiletto Red - I felt sexy-sexy IMMEDIATELY after trying on the Red one. (Yes...really!) I love corsets, so this was a given once it was clearanced.
I just ventured out into the mall after like a month of staying away. I went to use my Express coupons. One for my $15 RC and I wanted to combine with the mailer $15 off $30. But I was told I couldn't. I guess I forgot. Then I told her I wanted to use the $15 off $30 because I was buying a $50 shirt!!! But she took my $15RC instead!! I didn't catch on to the fact that I could've used that later, to get something at cost until I got home.
Then I went to Godiva to get my chocolate of the month and I forgot my Strawberry truffle bar coupon and I knew they could look it up, but she said I had to have the coupon. I even bought stuff for DBF!!! I would be more forgiving if I didn't buy anything and went in to get freebies. I got home and checked online and it shows up in my account. WTF!! I want to go back and return my stuff because I got jipped! Too bad this store is so far away.
I did go into VS to check out the pink Goregous bra they're pushing on the VS site and it looks ugly in person. I really wanted it, but now, not so much. Instead of looking like different shades of pink, the lace is red!! That's just weird. I'm just waiting for my free bra perks and then I'll get it with that.

My DH called to cancel his Julep membership & had to leave a message. Is that normal? Will they cancel it, without him needing to call back?
Also, with his Julep order, I got a small, clear jar with what looks like gold & iridescent glitter. Any idea what it's for? I'm guessing it's to use with polish, but it looks like it would make a mess. I really don't know what to do with it.

We've been talking about buying something down there. We've always been to destin and have kind of been looking there. I forgot how awesome Orlando was. I haven't been since I was a teen. So that got me thinking about the Tampa area. We have some neighbors that have a spot a little south of there. Main reason I don't want to do anything is because we would probably never use it. Then it would just be a pain in my ass. I do really want a beach house though. I'm a little conflicted on this.

It depends on where in Tampa to where in Orlando. We can be to WDW in about an hour. We're in north Tampa, & WDW is southwest Orlando. Actually, it's in Lake Buena Vista, but most people think of it as being in Orlando. To Downtown Orlando it's about an hour & 20 to 25 minutes. That's with normal traffic. The traffic on I-4, between Tampa & Downtown Orlando, can be extremely congested at times making it longer. Stay far away from rush hours.
I'm afraid to take a chance too.
