Fat girls on the Bus

Main question: 
How is it that they can commit to time consuming make-up regimen, and expensive outer acessories, but not to jogging 20mins a day, (which is arguable all one needs, as long as there's consistency)
On the bus today:
Saw around, counted, 22x "big" girls while riding the campus buses between classes.
I notice many of them have very complicated make up scenarios,, foundation, mascara, liner, shadow (feathered), toner, bronzer, nude lip, etc etc..
Also, many wear a decent amount of middle brand clothing, lots of BR mainly, they're relatively young after-all.
SO, all of this cost money and time, the make up well exceeds 20 mins in most of these cases,
And their cloths are obviously not cheap either...

I'm not bashing ur love interest BaZinga12, but it takes quite a bit more ps to make the rolls look that good. the perfect tone and texture,, very unlike the standard fat rolls

I am watching an HD video of hers on utube,, notice that on her chest, there is "body acne"
which is the same as facial acne in that it is the body being overwhelmed such that it cannot process all the calories (refined carbs) likely, that the girl has consumed.
She also needs a ton of foundation on her face, which could only indicate "less than perfect" complexion,, once again the result of continous day to day insulin insensitivity.
