Sweepstakes starts November 22, 2011 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends December 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM ("ET").
Sweepstakes will include forty (40) Daily Entry Periods, with each day of the Sweepstakes Period being treated as a separate Daily Entry Period and six (6) Weekly Entry Periods.
Offered and open only to persons legally residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or age of majority in their state of residence on the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing Period. Entries will only be eligible for the Drawing Period in which they are entered. Non-winning entries will not be carried over.
Forty (40) Daily Prizes: Each prize winner will receive a Google TV Blu-Ray Disc Player. Approximate retail value of prize is $199 each.
Six (6) Weekly Prizes: Each prize winner will receive a 46" Sony Internet Television powered by Google TV. Approximate retail value of prize is $999 each.
Limit of one prize per person/household.
