Man Says Ex-Girlfriend Stole His Sperm to Create Kids
November 27, 2011 at

A New York man was stunned to find out that his four-year-old twins were not an accidental pregnancy after all -- but that his desperate girlfriend secretly stashed away his sperm and used it for an in-vitro procedure, he charges in a lawsuit.
Joseph Pressil, 36, was not planning on having children with Anetria Burnett, with whom he was in a relationship for six months in 2007, he said.
So she took matters into her own hands, he told the New York Post, in order to remain in his Texas house and make a legal bid for half of his possessions.

Shit like this happens a lot more often [dailymail.co.uk] than people think. And the guys wind up on the hook for child support. This crap ruins lives and the legal system in this country is set up to favor the women in nearly every instance, no matter the actual circumstances.
This is not about lesbian's

I agree. Condoms usually have lubrication which can kill sperm [babycenter.com] so by the time she got to the fertility clinic, most of the sperm probably would have been dead. It's certainly possible she was getting other types of fertility treatments behind his back and then having sex with him without a condom or heck even poking holes in the condoms, lol.
VQ - I'm just saying the story isn't reasonable - not that it's particularly "his fault" - the story just doesn't sound plausible to me. Ever been to a Urologist and have had a sperm count done - and seen what all is involved - if not - then maybe you need to re-examine this story
Maybe she bought the condoms? Maybe she told him she'd "handle" everything? Maybe she fished them out of the garbage can? Who knows? Not you or me for sure.
MY point is that this happens too often for it to be dismissed and that the men involved typically wind up getting screwed (pun intended) by the legal system and find themselves responsible for kids they never intended to conceive. Did you read the part where the woman did this so she could stay in his house and try to get half his money? Was that part reasonable?
I didn't say that. I was saying that his info is probably incorrect/flawed BUT I'm pretty sure that she did something behind his back to get pregnant.
