A New York man was stunned to find out that his four-year-old twins were not an accidental pregnancy after all -- but that his desperate girlfriend secretly stashed away his sperm and used it for an in-vitro procedure, he charges in a lawsuit.
Joseph Pressil, 36, was not planning on having children with Anetria Burnett, with whom he was in a relationship for six months in 2007, he said.
So she took matters into her own hands, he told the New York Post, in order to remain in his Texas house and make a legal bid for half of his possessions.

Mrs. Mal: Don't have sex!
Satan: Why Mrs. Mal?
Mrs. Mal: Don't have sex until you're married!
Satan: But why, Mrs. Mal? Why shouldn't I ever have sex until I'm married?
Mrs. Mal: Just don't have sex, you little bastard!
Satan: Um...ok....
Satan: But Mrs. Mal, if my (or any man's) semen is 'junk' something you find to be detestable and something you don't want to have exist because it's icky, then what does that make your 'stuff'? You know, your eggs....especially when they are evacuated from your body every month with.....with....when your Aunt Flo visits?
Mrs. Mal: It's beautiful!
Satan: But why Mrs. Mal?
Mrs. Mal: It just is, you little bastard! Now shut up! I'm right!
This has potential to be a really weird porno.
Besides that, if you fark up and contract HIV, AIDS or other permanent STD, your chances of finding someone who is actually willing to marry you drastically decreases.

But just because I choose to have sex doesn't mean that person has rights to my gametes for their own reproductive desires. Stealing DNA for the purpose of concieving a child that you will then extort for money is wrong. Flushing all that latex down the toilet isn't good for sewer system, the same way you shouldn't flush tampons down the toilet...therefore the place to put both items is in the trash can. It is wrong to steal that condom that has his gametes that was to be disposed for the purpose of not concieving a child and then use it for the opposite. It is lying and decetful to the disadvantage of the male and therefore making him a victim
Yes, people should be careful who they sleep with, but you shouldn't fault a person who thought he was in a relationship that had the understanding that there would be all the precautions made to avoid having a child and then the other person purposefully went against that understanding. It would be different were it an accident (that happens) but purposfully taking sperm-filled condoms and paying to get fertilized is purposeful, with the purpose of using that child to extort money.
That's the same thing as going into a mutual monogomous relationship and then one person specifically goes out and cheats on their SO all the while using their SO's money for food and other items and staying at their place. They are breaking the bounds of the understood relationship...and when found out will be out on their ass...which is what should happen to this chick!
Yeah. That stupid. But anyway...
So what I've gotten from the "smart" people in this thread is that each man should have a prepared HAZMAT team to succinctly dispose of all possible baby making juice after EVERY emission... cuz you can't just cum in tissue and throw it in the waste can, some psycho chick could break into your house, steal it, impregnate herself with it, and according to a select few mental giants here, that's clearly the guy's fault!!
It's sad how the man hating feminists here (not to be confused w/other feminists) don't understand how far they set their own movement back via their blatant hypocrisy.

I mean...if the guy is wearing a condom it could be a major factor in why she wasn't getting pregnant and should have tipped them off that there might be an issue.

Now the guy is responsible for bringing his own locked trashcan on a date when sex might happen, just in case the woman wants to scavenge the used rubber?
The fact that he was wearing a condom means he was not consenting to having kids.
This was no accident.
The crazy bitch should have to pay him child support for the rest of her life.

When did you get engaged or agree to that commitment?
I don't remember ever hearing that in that story you told about having sex with her the first time..

Maybe he's engaged now.. but he wasn't when he first had sex, at least based on the story he told about spontaneous sex.. Either that, or he was exaggerating his story for entertainment.

On the other subject, I do not agree with the way this "woman" handled this situation with this "man" - but at the same token - the story is a little strange to say the least imho. I'm not a feminist - in the way you maybe portraying the "word" - I believe that no one should be "caught up in this type of situation" - I've believed that since 1972/1973 - when birth control became available to one and all - especially "women" - and I see no reason for unnecessary pregnancies to happen - if proper precautions are taken - but that is my "own opinion" on this. When I hear - oh it was an accident - I literally cringe - as back in the day - wow - we managed not to have "accidents" - and did everything in our power not to have them - were we smarter

Maybe, maybe not, only the gentleman knows, but you certainly do not

She was on the nuva ring (and so were a LOT of the other unplanned preggos in the OBGYN office) and we used condoms *as well* most of the time... so yeah, accidents do happen.
It's awesome how much ridicule from everyone that I got (and still get) during that time. My cousin who I have always had a really good relationship was the biggest surprise. She kept insisting that it would never happen to her and I'm like, "Really? So you're telling me you've never had sex, and/or never had sex and used protection? Oh wait.. you have?? Congratulations, you've done everything that I have."
Thing is.. it happens. Though the thought did go through my mind that my ex might have planted it.. but I don't think she really would have. I mean how do you get through two layers of protection?
oh.. and it's fun that after I mention to people that we used two types of protection, but not condoms all the time... I get even more ridicule because *I* should have been using condoms ALL the time. So when I'd first talk to someone about it, it was,
"well you should have used protection."
"We did."
"Oh.... well what did you use?"
"Nuva ring... and condoms most of the time."
"Well you should have used condoms EVERY time.. that's your own fault!"
I'm sorry, how many people do you know who regularly use two types of protection? Not saying people don't... but it's not that common.
