Man Says Ex-Girlfriend Stole His Sperm to Create Kids

A New York man was stunned to find out that his four-year-old twins were not an accidental pregnancy after all -- but that his desperate girlfriend secretly stashed away his sperm and used it for an in-vitro procedure, he charges in a lawsuit.
Joseph Pressil, 36, was not planning on having children with Anetria Burnett, with whom he was in a relationship for six months in 2007, he said.
So she took matters into her own hands, he told the New York Post, in order to remain in his Texas house and make a legal bid for half of his possessions.

You take exception to the word "whom" - I use that as in parents "who" talk to their young son's about "sex" and "their" responsibility in not getting young girls/women pregnant and the responsibilities that result due to sexual activity. I'm sure many parents talk to their daughter's about pregnancy - how many parents talk to their son's about this - and drill it into their heads - that it is not only an 18 year commitment financially - but may well be beyond that if said child is born with developmental issues. Hence, the word "whom" relates to "parents". Sorry if you are unable to see that in the post I made.
And here's the opposite side of the thing where a woman is calling it sexual assault for the exact reasons I said earlier...linky [stumbleupon.com]
In that "Judge Richard Coughlan said the woman only consented to sex on the understanding intact condoms were being used, and that Hutchinson knew she didn't wish to have a baby." He was convicted but not of sexual assault but still...this is one of those things where she felt just as violated as our guy in this case. Just sayin'.

As I stated twice, this thread has been blown way out proportion at this point - everyone has an opinion, like everyone has an asshole
