To Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on December 29, 2011 until 5:00 p.m. ET on February 17, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), you may enter the Home & Garden Television ("HGTV") 2012 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the HGTV website (www.hgtv.com) (the "HGTV Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry on the HGTV Website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); (ii) online by visiting the HGTV Front Door website (www.frontdoor.com) (the "HGTV Front Door Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry on the HGTV Front Door Website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); or (iii) hand printing your name, complete address, phone number (area code included) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: HGTV Dream Home Giveaway, PO Box 52656, Knoxville, TN 37950 (the "Mail-In Address"). Entrants using U.S. mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 17, 2012 and received by February 24, 2012. Limit one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of December 30, 2011, except employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Main Sponsor and General Motors LLC, Lumber Liquidators, Inc., The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC, The Sherwin-Williams Company, BISSELL® Homecare, Inc., Delta Faucet Company, Kraft Foods, Inc., Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, Ethan Allen Global, Inc., Owens Corning Sales, LLC, Rinnai America Corporation, Pella Corporation, PetSmart, Inc., Wellborn Cabinet, Inc., and all other participating product sponsors (collectively, the "Participating Product Sponsors"), Ritway, Inc., Wentworth Development, LLC, Rimrock Construction, LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential Grand Prize Winner (as defined below) and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential Grand Prize Winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor or any of the Participating Product Sponsors.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of: the home in Midway, Utah (the "HGTV Dream Home") that is featured in the "HGTV Dream Home 2012" special, plus home furnishings, merchandise, an automobile, and $500,000 in cash (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) (collectively, the "Grand Prize"). The HGTV Dream Home is valued at approximately $1,500,000 as of November 2011. Actual value of HGTV Dream Home depends on market fluctuations. The automobile is a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT2 (Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $38,755). In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home), Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $800,000 in cash in addition to the $500,000 cash prize and automobile mentioned above for a total ARV of $1,338,755
