I do sincerely hope you take the advice from some people (my own advice included). Walking into something like this is a lot more difficult than you think it is. I guarantee it. Unless you've been a successful restauranteur or someone working with you on this is, then you will most likely fail. Especially with what seems to be a very limited business knowledge and understanding as to how the restaurant business works.

I wish you luck, but I really hope you know what you're doing...

don't worry guys , i did not get none of this names , what name we thought before we are using that and we gave that name for trade search to my lawyer last week and it is available to register and as soon as i apply for trademark i know no one can take that name so i can share with you guys, our website also is ready,
