ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., 18 years and older, except employees and the families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) of Nestlé USA, Inc., Curves International, Inc., participating retailers, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The SKINNY COW Delicious New Year Instant Win Game (the "Game") starts at 12:01 a.m. PT on 1/3/2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 2/15/2012 ("Promotion Period").

Limit: Three (3) Game Code entries/Game Plays per person, per valid Facebook User ID, per day during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES: Instant Win Prizes:

SECOND PRIZES – Twenty Five (25): one year membership to Curves® 30 fitness center
THIRD PRIZES – Three Hundred (300): a manicure and a pedicure (via a $65 check)
FOURTH PRIZES – Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500): one box of SKINNY COW™ candy (awarded in the form of a coupon good for one box of Heavenly Crisp or Dreamy Clusters candy (up to $4.99)
Grand Prize:
One (1) GRAND PRIZE Winner will receive a "Weekend of Style" in New York City (Friday-Monday), for Winner and one (1) guest ("Trip"). Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to New York City, (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of New York City, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) three nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy; hotel to be selected by Sponsor); (iii) ground transportation to/from New York City area airport and hotel and to/from hotel and spa location.;(iv) a $3,000 Macy's gift card; (v) $1,000 credit to be used at a spa in New York City during the trip (Spa to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (vi) a check in the amount of $780 to be used towards a year of manicures/pedicures (or any other use) and a year's supply of SKINNY COW™ candy (to be awarded via twenty-four (24) coupons each good for one box of Heavenly Crisp or Dreamy Clusters candy (up to $4.99 each) (ARV of Grand Prize: up to $9,900)
