Prizes:
a. Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Promotion will be $10,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000. The odds of this Creative Presentation being selected depend on the total number of Creative Presentations. If this Creative Presentation is selected, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through this Creative Presentation.

b. Sweepstakes: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: Eat Free at Chevys for a Year (awarded as 52 Chevys Fresh Mex $20 Gift Cards). ARV: $1,040. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number eligible Instant Win Game plays received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person. Total ARV of Instant Win Game Prizes: $3,953. Timing: The Promotion begins January 23, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends February 29, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). ePrize's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and Promoters (including Real Mex Restaurants, Inc.), any prize contributors, their respective related companies, affiliates, franchisees and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.

How to Enter:
a. Online: During the Promotion Period, visit http://chevys.promo.eprize.com/sweeps and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry, one (1) Sweepstakes entry, and one (1) Instant Win Game play for submitting the form. After you submit the form, you will automatically proceed to the Instant Win Game. Follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. ePrize is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

b. At a Participating Chevys (for Grand Prize Drawing and Sweepstakes only): During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Chevys and locate and official entry form. Fill out the form completely including a valid email and home address (P.O. Boxes not permitted). Once you complete the form, leave it with a server, and you will receive one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry and one (1) Sweepstakes entry. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected, which will be disqualified.

Limit: Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry, during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of this Promotion, a day is understood to begin at 12:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET that same day. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry or game play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
