PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Prizes: Four (4) Grand Prizes: a $250 prepaid card and a tablet computer, ARV: $750. Four (4) First Prizes: a $250 prepaid card. Prepaid card subject to terms set forth by issuer. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible entries are received and prizes are properly claimed. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail, email, or overnight delivery. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,000.00
HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:00 pm CT on 2/3/12 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on 3/19/12. Go online to icecoldleader.com ("Website") and follow the directions to register and vote for the Ice Cold Leader who you believe has best has used influence, ability and resources to affect positive change in his or her community. Each vote (except CA residents) will earn one entry into the Sweepstakes ("Entry"). All Entries must be received between 12:00:00 pm CT on 2/3/12 and 11:59:59 pm CT on 3/19/12 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Internet access and a valid email address are required to vote. Limit one (1) vote/Entry per person and/or email address per day. If more than one (1) vote/Entry is received from the same person or email address in a single day, only the first vote/Entry received will be considered valid. Votes generated by script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public in exchange for votes. Voting by proxy is not permitted. No other form of attempted vote is valid. Sponsor may choose to disqualify all entries submitted by any person that Sponsor determines has violated these rules at Sponsor's sole discretion. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am CT and 11:59:59 pm CT, except on 2/3/12 on which a "day" will be the period between 12:00:00 pm CT and 11:59:59 pm CT. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
