To bring some positive vibes....she did donate her profits from the Big Game Star Spangled Banner to the Red Cross way back when. So she has that going for her - which is nice.

She died at the Beverly Hotel.. and Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party is tonight at the Beverly Hotel -- she was supposed to attend.. I'd imagine - it will be a somber event..
