Enter 10 codes from specially-designed SunnyD bottles and win 1-100 songs. Participants can enter each week to score more tunes. It's that simple.

(1) Collect labels from specially marked 6.75 and 11.3 ounce bottles, and eligible 16 ounce bottles, of the SunnyD brand product ("Eligible Product") containing a unique code ("Codes"). Once you have collected at least 10 Codes from any Eligible Products

Participation without Purchase: For 5 free codes, mail 3x5 card with your hand written full name, date of birth & address and a self-addressed return envelope ("SASE"), in a hand-addressed, postage-paid envelope ("Mail-in"), to: SunnyD Drink Up & Download, P.O. PRIZES/ODDS:All prizes associated with this Sweepstakes are digital song downloads from UMGD through UMGD's website located at www.amplified.com/sunnyd (each, a "Song"). All Songs awarded must be downloaded on or before March 31, 2013. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Song is $0.99 - $1.29. The maximum ARV of songs available to be won is $200,595. Each Song download is subject to UMGD's terms and conditions. For each Entry, a participant will: (a) automatically receive one (1) Song; and (b) have the opportunity to immediately win up to 99 additional Songs, as determined based on time/date an eligible entrant participates. Odds of winning more than one (1) Song per Entry will vary based on the number eligible Entries received and the time/date such Entries are submitted. Everyone who properly submits an Entry will receive one (1) song. The following quantities of additional song packages are available to be won:

GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize – Two (2) tickets to a Sponsor specified Universal Music Group artist concert and a 3 day/2 night trip for two (2) to visit a Sponsor specified Universal Music Group artist music video shoot and "meet & greet" with the artist, in his/her sole discretion and based on availability. Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's home to the airport closest to the music video shoot and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in arrival city/music video shoot. Concert and trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor, and are subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Transportation to/from concert not included with prize. Dates are subject to change. The ARV of the Grand Prize is up to $5,000.

WEEKLY PRIZES: Forty nine (49) Weekly Prizes (one per drawing) – A sponsor specified Universal Music Group artist prize. The ARV of the Weekly Prize is minimum $25-maximum $150 each (in Sponsor's sole discretion). For Weekly Prize details go to the "Rules" tab at www.sunnyd.com/music. Weekly Prize details will be updated regularly during the Sweepstakes Period. Total Maximum ARV of all Weekly Prizes is $7,350.
