When you sign up for total rewards you are signing up for their gambling rewards program. When you go to the casino you get a card which you use at the tables or put in the slot machines. It tracks your $$ play and gives you comps for your play. These comps can be quite extensive if you gamble alot. I go to Vegas and stay in Harrahs hotels every couple of months. I get my hotel and some meals free with my card. I know people who go there on a regular basis and get all travel, rooms, meals, transportation by limo and gifts (like coach purses) free. So you can imagine if someone got a hold of the numbers of high rollers card, what a party they could have. That is why you have to provide them with so much info and answer so many security questions. I will be going next week on Thursday and staying at one of their properties. I am going to try the QR codes that are supposed to be in the Casino. I will try and post here if I can figure it out.
