c. Obtain a Scratch Card or Physical Printed Ticket: During the Promotion Period, locate a promotional kiosk at a participating Caesars Entertainment property, swipe your Total Rewards card and receive a scratch card, or printed ticket with a Keyword. Once you have a Keyword, you may login to the Web Site, enter the Keyword and you receive one (1) additional Instant Win Game play. Each Keyword may only be entered one (1) time per Promotion Period. Did you have to checkout through the Total Rewards Site or directly through Macy's site? the code wouldn't work on the Macy's site
Nevermind. I got it to work after I followed the email directions explicitly.
