Open to legal residents of the United States, its territories and possessions, 18 years of age and older as of February 23, 2012.

I won 3rd prize on this, but hey will not get back to me. I have sent them a email , called them but they never give me answer back. Just that the person running it is always out of the office and will get back to me.
They got back with me, and sent my me my 3rd place prize.
