Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night VIP trip that will take place sometime between July 2012 – September 2012 for winner and one guest to attend a Jo Dee Messina Summer Concert in the 48 contiguous United States. Location/venue and date of concert to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. WINNER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL DURING DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED AND AWARDED TO AN ALTERNATE WINNER, TO THE EXTENT FEASIBLE (AS PER RULE 5 ABOVE). Trip consists of coach air transportation from major airport closest to winner's residence to major city near concert location (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), standard accommodations (one room – double occupancy) for 4-nights, transfers to and from airport and hotel, two tickets to Concert, a private supervised meet and greet with Jo Dee Messina for Winner and guest (which will take place either before or after Concert) [subject to her availability and professional commitments; Grand Prize winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate manner; other restrictions apply to meet and greet] and $500 spending money. Winner will also receive a check for $5,000. (ARV: $12,700). Grand Prize travel is subject to airline and hotel availability, and other restrictions apply. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for required travel documents such as government-issued photo identification. If meet and greet with Jo Dee Messina is not awarded as intended for any reason (other than misconduct by Grand Prize winner and/or guest), the remaining elements of the Grand Prize as set forth herein shall represent Sponsor's sole liability to winner. If Winner resides within driving distance of Concert, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. Trip must be taken between July 2012 – September 201 so as to attend Jo Dee Messina Summer Concert. Travel guest of Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if a minor in jurisdiction of residence) must execute a Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release ("Release") within a specified time prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied on trip by his/her parent or legal guardian; i.e., the Grand Prize winner. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor guest may be changed without the approval of Sponsor (which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever). An IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize will be filed and a copy provided to Winner. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary on dates and times determined by Sponsor. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending upon departure location and other factors. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination and is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. If Grand Prize winner cannot accept prize as stated for any reason, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and to the extent feasible may be awarded to an alternate winner
