Eligibility: open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States* who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of February 28, 2012

Prize: The prize consists of five (5) Hollywood Movie Money certificates for the movie currently entitled, "The Lucky One" ("Movie") at participating movie theaters. Each pass covers admission for two (2) adults. Certificates must be redeemed for the Movie between April 20, 2012 and July 20, 2012, after which they will be deemed null and void. Each of the Certificates provided to the winner entitles them to up to $24.00 off of two (2) admission tickets to see the Movie at participating theatres. The prize also includes round-trip ground transportation for winner and up to a maximum of nine (9) other adults, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older ("Winner's Group") directly to and from a participating theater anytime between April 20, 2012 and July 20, 2012. Sponsor must be notified at least 10 days prior to the desired Movie showing date in order for Sponsor to try to arrange for the transportation in a timely manner. Subject to availability, ground transportation for the Winner's Group shall be a limousine, unless unavailable in winner's hometown, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to use one (1) or more cars, or other method of transportation Sponsor deems appropriate. Transportation shall be from one (1) single location within a maximum twenty-five (25) mile radius from the theater. If winner declines the round-trip transportation, this portion of the prize will be forfeited and winner will not be allowed any cash or other prize substitution. The location of the pick-up and drop-off points and method of transportation will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winner's Group must be able to travel together to and from the duration of the event.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the movie passes is $130.
The ARV of round trip ground transportation is $400.
The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is Five Hundred Thirty Dollars ($530).
