Timing: begins on March 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") and ends on February 28, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. MT
Limit: Each person may receive up to ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by completing eligible activities.
Eligibility: open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old

Prizes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to a CityPASS featured city. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the CityPASS featured city of the winner's choice (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Hollywood, Houston, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Southern California, or Toronto); four (4) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) including breakfast daily; an allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay or public transportation (amount of allowance and type of transport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); CityPASS for two (2) to the CityPASS featured city selected by winner; and $1,000 for shopping, meals, and spending money. If rental car is included in the trip prize and winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited… Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $5,550 USD.

During the Promotion Period you will have the opportunity to complete different activities (each an "Eligible Activity") on the Site for additional Sweepstakes entries.
