Sony Movie Channel Films with Benefits Sweepstakes ~ 3/23/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on March 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 23, 2012.

Open only to individuals who are, as of the start of the Sweepstakes, age 18 or older and legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.

Only one entry per person per day in the Sweepstakes Period is permitted (regardless of whether one person has more than one Facebook account). Each entrant may receive one (1) additional entry for each of his/her Facebook friends who enter the Sweepstakes from a direct link that the entrant shares. Such link can be generated for Facebook, Twitter or email using the sharing tools within the Sweepstakes application.

Fifteen (15) First Prize winners will each receive a Blu-Ray DVD of both Rachel Getting Married and Running with Scissors and a three pack of candy with an approximate value of $35.

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California consisting of:
• two round trip coach class plane tickets from an airport near the winner's home in the contiguous 48 United States to Los Angeles, California;
• three nights hotel stay in the Los Angeles metro area;
• rental of a standard car for four (4) days;
• a private tour of the Sony Pictures Entertainment Studio Lot (the "Sony Lot");
• lunch for two (2) at the Rita Hayworth Dining Room on the Sony Lot;
• a private screening of a recently released Sony Pictures Entertainment movie in a screening room on the Sony Lot;
• two (2) VIP seats to a taping of Wheel of Fortune (dependent on show production schedule and constraints) and
• $500 spending cash.

Total approximate value of $3500.00. If the Grand Prize winner lives within 100 miles of Los Angeles, the two round trip coach class plane tickets shall not be awarded. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. Travel must be completed no later than one year from the date of award or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Specifics of Grand Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel plans by the Grand Prize winner must be provided to Sponsor at least six weeks in advance of the trip dates, and shall include two alternate later dates. Complete terms and conditions of Grand Prize trip will be furnished with prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If, for any reason, the Sponsor is unable to provide the entrance to the Sony Lot and/or the Wheel of Fortune taping or if the Grand Prize winner cannot take the trip to be at the Sony Lot or the Wheel of Fortune taping during scheduled business and/or taping hours, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner and guest
