Cropping is quick and easy, and it's a tap to go back to the untouched original. Very fluid and intuitive.



New iPhoto looks nice honestly.



Tapping in a specific area lets you adjust specific areas of the image. Touch and drag to brighten up the dark areas in an underexposed image, then touch again in the sky to tweak the saturation.

Only thing so far I really care about is the retina display. Perfectly happy with the cams and A5 in my iPad 2...

Agreed. I want to check it out on display when it hits an Apple store. That is just an ungoldy resolution.

This ain't good. I don't see this as good news, apple has too much money/power to continue to control the tablet market. Smaller manufacturers just can't compete. The fact that apple is able to release this type of display before anyone else just cements their foothold on the market.

I think Apple creates healthy competition. Yeah they dominate the tablet market, but give it a couple months for others to meet or beat it. Apple doesn't make displays remember..they get one of their partners to do it like LG.
