Participants will have the opportunity to click any 'icon' button up to one time per day, each day during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
InstantWin Prize Awards – Maximum of (90) awards available: Each eligible instant prize winner will be awarded a $50.00 gift card from the gift card provider as determined and designated by sponsor. Maximumretail value of each instant win prize award not to exceed $50.00.

Grand Prize Award – Maximum of one (1) grand prize available: The grand prize includes:
$500.00 Cash, awarded in the form of a check payable to the grand prize winner. Check will be mailed to grand prize finalist at the
address listed on their registration, or must accept delivery as otherwise designated by Sweepstakes Administrator. Allow 2 to 4 weeks
for delivery following receipt of the completed winner documents.

requirements outlined below. The $50,000 cash portion of the prize, if awarded, shall be awarded in the form of a check made payable to
the grand prize winner for $50,000. In the event of an eligible $50,000 prize claim per the requirements outlined below, allow 4 – 6 weeks
for delivery. In the event the winning prize requirements below do not occur, then the $50,000 cash portion of the prize will not be
awarded.
Safety Net Contest – Chance to win $50,000 Cash: In order for the $50,000 Cash portion of the grand prize to be awarded, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (the 'Dow'), comprised of the blue-chip stocks of the (30) designated major American companies, must rise or fall by exactly 50 points (50.00 to 50.99 points) on Friday, August 31, 2012 as outlined below.
The following requirements shall apply to the $50,000 Safety Net portion of the contest:
Designated Date: Friday, August 31, 2012
Designated Increase or Decrease: 50 points (plus or minus)
In order to be considered awinning outcome, the Dow must rise or fall by a measurement that falls exactly between 50.00 – 50.99 points (example – an increase or decrease of 49.99 points or 51.00 points would not be
considered a winning outcome).
The official closing results on Friday, August 31, 2012 shall be used to determine the outcome.
In the event the Dow does not increase or decrease by 50 points as per the requirements outlined above, then the $50,000 Cash portion of
the grand prize will not be awarded.
